In honor of the anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America in Sojevo, Ferizaj, near the “Bondsteel” camp was inaugurated the works in the project: “Green spaces and the statue of the President of the United States of America Joe Biden”.
Members of the American KFOR from the “Bondsteel” camp as well as citizens of Ferizaj are participating in this activity of the network of non-governmental organizations “Avonet”.
The project that will be financing of citizens and businesses of Ferizaj is expected to cost over 600 thousand euros.
Earlier, participants paid tribute to the obelisk in honor of US President Joe Biden’s son Beau Biden.
