“Eurovision 2021”, here are the countries that qualified for the grand final

The Eurovision Song Contest was held in public at the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam in May after being canceled last year.

Earlier, the BBC reported that the presence of 3,500 spectators in the arena will be allowed as part of testing by the Dutch government. The arena will be half full and spectators will need a negative test for Covid-19 before being allowed inside. Eurovision organizers welcomed the decision and said they would “consider the options available”.

Last night, 18 artists from 18 countries competed for the grand final by performing on stage. According to the rules of the festival, after the performance, the televoting by the spectators opens.

The weight of the final decision depends 50% on the public vote and 50% on the professional jury from each participating state.

These are the states that will face other finalists in the grand final, which will be held on May 22.
