A large fire broke out on Wednesday evening in Minttutie, Finland, as a result of which the entire apartment was burned down, while no one was injured.
Local media write that an Albanian helped an elderly couple to get out of the apartment, as he entered the flames, before the fire department arrived.
Mergim Halili, who lives in the neighborhood where the house burned down, says that they noticed that a lot of smoke was coming out of the apartment, and left to see the situation. As the flames were increasing, they decided to check if there were people in the apartment. Halili says the couple were unaware of the fire when they were caught in the flames.
However, the youths were able to help the couple from the apartment, where the fire, according to Halil, spread rapidly.
He says he dialed the emergency number twice. By the time the firefighters arrived, all the residents were already out. The fire lasted about two hours and then was extinguished.
