Some foods are less and less advisable to human health. 1.Fruit juice
Fruit fibers fill you up and slow you down with energy. Without that fiber, you are only drinking sugary water and the faster you get energy the faster you will fall. This can leave you hungry and angry and will not help anxiety and depression. Eat only fruit and if you are thirsty drink water.
2. Soda
There is no victory for you here: It is all sugar and has no nutrients. High-sugar drinks like soda have a direct link to depression.
3. Diet soda

5.Ketchup

6.Coffee
Caffeine can make you nervous. It can also block your sleep, help with anxiety or depression. Withdrawing caffeine can make you feel bad. If you think it causes you problems, reduce caffeine slowly from your diet.
7. Energy drinks
They can cause strange heart rhythms, anxiety and sleep problems. This is because it is not always easy to know the high level of caffeine hidden in these ingredients. These drinks often have a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners. Drink water if you are thirsty.
8.Alcohol
Alcohol can leave you sleepless and insufficient rest can increase anxiety and cause depression. Too much alcohol can cause even more problems.

10. Processed foods
If you eat a lot of processed meats, fried foods, refined cereals, candy, pastries and high-fat dairy products, you are more likely to have anxiety and depression. A diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and fish can help you stay calm.
