The Office of the Prosecutor in the Department for Juveniles has given custody of the juvenile daughter, the mother of 20-year-old Caroline, who was killed by her husband.
The department, aiming at the physical and mental well-being of the child, has decided to send the file to the Volos Prosecutor’s Office, which will monitor its care.
Under the order, the pilot family will be able to see the baby five days a month, 10 times in the morning with 2 at noon in Alonissos alone.
But both parties can appeal against the order within 30 days, while the prosecutor’s office is obliged to file the case in court within the same period, which will then finally decide the issue of Lydia’s custody.
