Business pressure forced the government to change the curfew. From tomorrow, the music stops at 23:00

Starting tomorrow, July 20, the music in the bars will stop at 23:00, being delayed by one hour from the current time.

Prime Minister Rama reacted on Twitter, after the owners of Vlora bars closed their businesses along Lungomare today, in protest against the ban on music and curfew.

Rama announced that the curfew will also be removed in tourist areas.

“Protest in Lungomare for music?

1.Lungomare no music but terrible acoustic pollution where dozens of source lines are mixed at once

2. The right of those who love musical noise all night can not win over the right of those who love the noise of the sea at night

3.As announced, from July 20, the music will stop at 23.00 in every inhabited tourist area and who will dance and sing all night if they want, let it be organized in nature, in places where no one bothers – as in the whole civilized tourist world “, writes Rama.

Other measures taken on 1 July remain unchanged, specifically:

-Police time at 24.00 – 06:00.

-Sports championships with the presence of fans with reduced capacities up to 30% are allowed according to the IPH protocol.
