Sali Berisha announced today that his lawsuit against the US Secretary of State has been submitted to the Paris Correctional Court. For this “big news” Berisha used a special conference with journalists. He said his non-grata announcement came from the lobbying of Edi Rama and George Soros. Berisha accused his declaration of non-women as a political attack.
Among other things, at the conference, Sali Berisha said:
My lawyer has filed my defamation suit in the Paris Correctional Court.
As I have informed you that following the decision of Secretary of State Antony Blinken to declare me and my family non-women, I authorized my lawyer in France to file defamation lawsuits.
According to your lawyer, this lawsuit is based on the universal principle that there is no immunity for defamation. But it all depends on the interpretation of the judge. I urge Secretary Blinken to send to this court any evidence he has against me and my family.
