35 years after the shooting of the film “Twice mat”, Bujar Kapexhiu, Manjola Begolli and some other cast actors were caught “mat” in Saranda. The cast returned to the place where one of the most beloved films for Albanians was shot. Part of this activity organized by the Municipality of Saranda were the chess champions, Eklea Omeri and Kelvin Kosta.
Kapexhiu, Manjola, the mayor of the city, Adrian Gurma and the two champions shared details during an interview for “Morning Abc”. Manjola, who became famous with the role of Rudina, the very talented little girl in chess, went back in time and showed how she became part of the film.
“Bujar and his wife were passing in front of my house, he stopped, looked at me and told me,” Uncle, you like to play a movie, I’m definitely telling him, but you are teaching me well, he told me, I am excellent with lessons. He told me: Well you deserve to play a movie“, She said.
