The leader of the Democratic Party has considered the failure of the state to face the emergency situation of fires. Through a recent reaction, Basha says that Prime Minister Edi Rama uses the army helicopter to travel at a time that is needed to extinguish the flames.
“Gratitude to the civilian emergency workers and army forces who are facing the flames during these difficult hours. The images they show while fighting with circumstantial means are as sad as they are indignant when we see that on the same day, Edi Rama removes the army helicopter from the fire to use it for his travels. Of course, the threat of fire is ubiquitous in the region, but it does not happen anywhere that in a moment of crisis, the few tools are squandered even more to add privileges to an individual. This is not irresponsibility, but the model by which the country has been misgoverned and impoverished. Therefore, there are no funds and means to deal with emergencies, whether fires or earthquakes, because the state is used as an instrument of a minority that works for itself, not for the citizens.“, Says Basha.
