The Democratic Party warns that from tomorrow the battle for the April 25 elections continues in the Electoral College.
The legal representative of the Democratic Party, Marash Logu says that in the battle in KAS, three members decided to behave like Rama’s servants, closing in front of hundreds of pieces of evidence and facts.
He calls on the Electoral College to accept the evidence and take any required evidence, but in any case according to the DP, the battle will continue on every front.
STATUS FROM LOG MARASH
For three weeks, the Albanian citizens have witnessed with voice and image from the hall of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission the indisputable facts of the electoral massacre of April 25:
Mas Mass vote buying through individuals with horrific criminal records
❌ +10.003 legalization permit
13 +13,000 new employees in the central administration
❌ 63 million euros additional salary
❌ 2.5 million euros in economic aid
❌ 1.9 million euros “war salary”
❌ 125 million euro payment for the earthquake
❌ 500% more public tenders than the average of the last 5 years
❌ 83 thousand invalid ballots
. 523 thousand citizens without the right to vote
❌ 910 thousand thefts of personal data
To substantiate each of these facts, the Democratic Party made available to KAS over 600 pages of explanations and 450 written evidence, photos and videos. But, unfortunately, the three notaries of the election massacre decided to behave like servants of Edi Rama, instead of enforcing the law. They turned a blind eye to hundreds of facts and evidence, and illegally rejected 171 demands for full transparency over the April 25 electoral massacre.
However, after submitting the first 5 lawsuits, from tomorrow we continue the battle in the Electoral College. Tomorrow it is up to the College to decide whether to be on the side of the law, accepting our evidence and taking any evidence required to fully substantiate the April 25 election massacre, or to continue the history of decisions like the ballot papers it made null the will of 83 thousand Albanians.
In any case, we remain faithful to our solemn commitment to all Albanians: the battle will continue on every front, with all the means and opportunities that exist. Because this is not a battle for the members of KAS, nor for the judges of the College, nor even for the political parties, but for all Albanian citizens, who are the real victims of April 25.
