Bujar Nishani, although he has remained a member of the National Council since he was a former president, in all likelihood he, as he did in the Assembly will not go, or may go when there is a “war” decision that he can call Berisha a Basha, for an “extraordinary” issue to declare war.
Not even having the post of head of the National Council, which Basha eliminated before the Assembly, the former president is unlikely to return his critical stance towards the DP leader, in a process aimed at holding debate within the Party of his.

Arben Ristani, especially after the burning of mandates, has been one of the strongest critics of Lulzim Basha and the political course. Ristani, during the investigation launched by the Prosecution against Lulzim Basha, for lobbying in the US with Russian money, stated that he as secretary was not aware of the operation. An attitude that later brought the even stronger revenge of Lulzim Basha, who placed the number 2 of the fourth party in the Vlora region in 2017.
Ristani, during his recent stances, has also been quite clear about the announcement of Berisha Non Grata, which he has described as a serious development, for which the DP must maintain its political position.
Today, no one dares to speak to the DP about Berisha’s punishment, in order to face it as a first-hand political issue.
Even Mark Marku, who elaborates on this issue superficially, seems to have been a “hybrid” finding alla Basha, so for the DP to accept Berisha’s punishment, the State Department must also punish Edi Rama. Today 5 municipalities, starting from Shkodra and Durrës are without mayors and it is expected sooner or later that the country will enter a very important political test, although partial. Nor for the entry of the DP in these elections, will it abandon them, will it decide candidates, etc., etc., Lulzim Basha has not expressed himself in the Assembly, which is really the highest institution of this party.
While the society, although without controlled and rigged elections for the chairman of the Democratic Party, the public again raised the need for an opening of the party and the return of those who left.
