Angela Peristeri just finished her Eurovision performance and set the stage on its feet. Energetic and with an unprecedented vocal, she chose to preserve the original version of the song ‘Karma’, the Albanian one.
“Karma” is a creation of Olti Curri and Kledi Bahiti. She performed wearing a bodysuit full of stones.
At the end of the presentation of all the songs of the second night, the televoting will start. Albanians around the world can vote number 11, Albania’s code to qualify Angela for the final night of May 22nd.
After the end of the second night of the semi-finals, Angela answered questions at the press conference.
For each country there are three questions, one from the competing country journalists, the international media and the online ones.
The question of the Albanian journalist: How do you feel, since you were the only one on stage and the whole of Europe managed to vote for you and Albania to be in the grand final?
Angela Peristeri: I have no words to describe my feelings right now. It was amazing because I was the first and I did not expect this. I love all the Albanians who voted for me, all the European countries, I am very grateful. I feel very happy now. Thank you!
International press represented with Poland: How is your “Karma” now?
Angela Peristeri: I love my “Karma”, I will be a good man for the rest of my life…
While from the online media journalists the question was: How do you feel now that Albania is for the third time in a row in the grand final of “Eurovision”.
Anxhela Peristeri: I feel happy, because Albania deserves it, we are a small country, but we have very good artists. Everyone should know our country and our music.
