If we think that within five years, since 2016 when the Justice Reform started, Justice was established here, then we would be naive. Then we would justify that dark period of the state and of Law, where not even a ray of justice was allowed to pass through the small windows. 30 years the courts did not deliver justice; no one gave justice; not even the church and the mosque… Now to think that immediately Justice will immediately rise to its feet as a ‘wire bride’ ?. No, of course.
This decision of the Constitutional Court comes because we are still occupied by those who violate justice. We are advancing as in the maps of the war towards the occupied lands, but we are still early .. Thousands of ‘soldiers’ from the wards of the new Justice are still with them… Who are they? The corrupt regime led by presidents like Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta had all the ‘soldiers’ with them. They had harvested them with their own hands from the mountains, from the fields, from the trees, from the cultural void, but they had harvested them from their faithful people. With these people they created and justified their own and their friends’ thefts, corruption, wars, murders, poisonings… And finally we have these judges, not all of them are treated the same way as cancer metastases are treated. Three judges that Meta has in the Constitutional Court are part of that poison. This is democracy: Even the president branded as an icon of corruption has the right to appoint his soldiers to the Constitutional Court. We have to wait, but not in panic.
However, the decision of the Constitutional Court to send the decision on the local elections to ‘Venice’ clearly seems to be a proof to reach the ‘pardon’ of Ilir Meta from the dismissal that is expected to come soon to the Constitutional Court. This has happened not only to our Court. To be clear, this is it. It has happened before in our region or on other continents. The Yugoslav Special Court, for example, was delayed by six years in declaring Bosnian butcher Mladic a war criminal. So it was with Milosevic. Albania is now facing such tests with Berisha and Meta
In your judgment, are the 7 members of the Constitutional Court not professionally competent for a decision or are they afraid of being attacked by politics?
Everyone is capable, there is no room for prejudice over disability. That then again we would consider the judges ‘saints’. Saints are the wonders of the world, but they are not capable of doing everything. As our judges do everything, they are very capable of realizing the purpose of distorting justice. But the question of why the judges of the Constitution are doing this ?, ask the question. Half of them want this decision as proof that they defended the boss with all their might and will eventually demand the reward. In a corrupt circle, this is the only way the accounts are made. They also have a major flaw in information: They are still not convinced that their bosses have lost and that in the face of the right of the people and in the face of America it is not won. These judges have eaten the tale that ‘Berisha has sued’ America and will win; as well as the tale of ‘Russian missiles’ that could attack America – as Meta stated. But when they find out that this is not happening, it will be too late.
Whatever the reason, does this show that even the new justice institutions are not emerging from the “political bar”?

We have to accept the blackness we have done to ourselves. We can even lose. Even these corrupt criminals can come out on top of us… War is this. They can win. Let’s get ready. The April 25 elections proved that the majority of citizens stand positively on the side of law and order. But that can also change. Get ready to create the good spirit for Justice.
