The prosecutors of the case demanded that the security measure “prison arrest” be imposed on him, so he will be sent to Korydallos prison, the same penitentiary institution where Babis Anagnostopoulos is, who killed his wife.
During his apology, the 30-year-old repeated in detail what happened on the night of the murder, attributing everything to his mental health problems. His lawyer, Giannis Vlachos, insists on his client’s diagnosis.
