Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic tonight in an interview with analyst Mentor Nazarko called on Albanians in Ulcinj to leave quarrels and conflicts between them and instead of splitting into several parties and shamatas, to unite to develop the municipality, which has tremendous potential, but is according to him the poorest in the country.
“The only municipality on the coast that is poor is Ulcinj, its potential is greatest and it is the only poor. We need to change something, a new spirit, we should not deal with criticism anymore, we need to show that we are ready to bring good things to this municipality. We should try to be promoted and we should not be satisfied with a few minimal things. I am not arrogant to say that one should think megalomaniacally.
But this city, this municipality (Ulcinj) has the opportunity to become a big European brand and it should be our ambition. We have very big plans. We have the opportunity to become a train that would have been a composition that would have guided the entire development of Montenegro around the EU. This should be our ambition and not to deal with useless things, parties, jobs in the municipality, with shamata between us. I think it is a policy that has brought nothingHe said.
Speaking about the shortcomings of the Albanian parties, that the more they increase, the more Albanians leave Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic said that in all these years they have not brought any good for the advancement of their status.
“We have not brought anything good to the nation in 30 years, we have not solved any of the biggest problems. With the change of political will, good things have come and I can show that a great thing has been done, the new government has returned the Gulf of Valdanos, it has been the request of 30-year-old Albanians. I am grateful if they decide to join the government, but otherwise, those politicians who are only concerned with the private interests of some individuals, should be forgotten and disappeared from the political spectrum.
If you have the party only to get a salary or to join some positions and our people will move and emigrate to the west and the number will decrease and you with the market that has a genuine national policy, I think it is a paradox and it is patriotism false.
