The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Gostivar issued an Order to conduct an investigation against an 18-year-old person, on suspicion of having committed the crime – Incest under Article 194 paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
The suspect on July 15, around 14:30 minutes had sex with a relative (relative), who meanwhile was a 12-year-old child. The suspect met the victim on the street and with deception and lies directed him to move to a nearby store. On the way, near the stadium, he started pulling the victim by the hand and forcibly took her to the toilets of the building, where he took actions with which he committed the crime.
Due to the gravity of the offense punishable by imprisonment of at least 10 years, as well as the circumstances that indicate the risk of escape, the fear that the suspect will obstruct the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses, as well as special circumstances that justify the fear of recurrence of the crime, the prosecution submitted to the competent court a proposal to impose detention on the suspect.
The prosecution’s proposal was accepted and the Basic Court in Gostivar, with a decision, ordered that the suspect be detained for 30 days.
