The services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat continue the controls for the implementation of the plan of measures to guarantee public order and tranquility and the monitoring of the premises following the music events after the closing time, contrary to the anticovid measures imposed by the competent authorities.
Following the controls, the Police services have ascertained and prosecuted for the criminal offense “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”, citizen RB, 29 years old, resident in Elbasan, after in the neighborhood “Shënkoll”, Elbasan, was found continuing to organize the activity with music in the bar he administered, after the time set for closing, and did not obey the order of the police officer by refusing to close the activity with music.
From the Police services, based on the Normative Act, an administrative measure of 1,000,000 ALL has been imposed, for violation of the schedule defined in the Normative Act, for the development of activities.
The Local Police Directorate of Elbasan appeals to all administrators and owners of premises to respect the anticovid measures and the schedule set for the exercise of the activity.
