Patients: What to do when we have dizziness
Doctor: We get dizzy when we have the illusory feeling of moving our body in relation to the surrounding environment or of moving these objects when our body stands still. Dizziness occurs in forms of varying intensity.
Tired businessman An isolated dizziness crisis is never something serious, for the most part reasons that can provoke it even for banal reasons. However, it is important to avoid the consequences that can come from a sudden loss of balance, with falling to the ground. Here’s what to do in case of isolated dizziness.
Wherever you are, at home or on the street, in a shop or public place, do not be ashamed, but immediately sit down. It is the only way not to fall and not to be killed. The crisis may pass quickly, after a few minutes, however, when you are alone, get someone to accompany you that may recur.
Once you get home, lie down in bed, in a semi-dark, silent room. Return to the side that feels most relaxed (generally dizziness is more intense on one side only), and take balladon-based sedatives or anthropology. Of course do not smoke, alcohol, coffee or strong tea. Do not eat.
If the dizziness does not stop, consult a doctor who will do various tests and measurements, for a long or short time. If necessary, specialized radiographs and analyzes should be performed.
