The American congressman seems to have been caught wearing shorts, during a virtual meeting.
According to foreign media, the Telegraph reports, Republican Donald Payne, seemed to be unaware of the fact that his camera was turned on during a virtual hearing of the House of Representatives on Thursday.
And it was another Republican who posted a video of Payne getting up from his computer – wearing a t-shirt and what looked shorts.
Payne stood in front of the camera with one half of his body exposed before leaving the screen – followed by the reactions of others.
The video appears to have been taken during the National Security Committee hearing.
But this is not the first time he has been “inappropriately caught”.
Payne also appeared to have been caught sleeping during a Transportation and Infrastructure Committee’s Aviation Subcommittee virtual hearing in March.
