The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuçi. During an interview for the German newspaper “Handelsblatt” has asked for a compromise with Kosovo.
Vucic says that Serbia’s only goal is the EU and he wants peace, so the madness of the past must be stopped.
“Only in this way can there be lasting peace. Serbia and I want peace. Let’s stop the madness of the past. “Then the whole region can become the engine of new growth for Europe,” Vucic said.
The recent Vucic-Kurti meetings have not been good, it can even be said to be difficult, but still Kosovo and Serbia seem far from reaching a compromise for an agreement accepted by both parties.
