US Ambassador Yuri Kim joined today one of the exercises within Defender Europe 21, in the Training Zone in Biza.
In these photos, the American diplomat is shown shooting with a machine gun and a pistol, near the Mountain with Pits in Biza. Yuri Kim also appears taking a binocular look.
“DEFENDER-Europe 21 is the largest exercise conducted in the Balkans. The US-led exercise and NATO forces will bring together a total of 28,000 multinational forces from 26 nations. Simultaneous operations are being carried out in over 30 training areas.
