The Islamic Religious Community of Northern Macedonia has announced that no pilgrimage can be performed this year either.
As explained by the BFI, this decision comes after the information that the Ministry of Hajj of Saudi Arabia has sent to them.
“The state of emergency that is continuing due to the unfortunate Kovid-19 disease makes it impossible for Saudi Arabia to open its borders and enable the Hajj to be performed in order to ensure the safety and health of the believers. We remain hopeful that this disease will have its end and inshallah in the coming years to continue fulfilling this religious obligation. May Allah bless you with His bounties! ”, It is said in the announcement of BFI, among other things.
