The newly launched smartphone app gives young French people a loan for artistic expenses.
Following a regional lawsuit, French President Emmanuel Macron has launched a program to fund cultural activities for young people across the country.
Nisma nga Culture Pass, is now open to all 18-year-olds, and will include high schools nationwide, by 2022.
Users can activate the cards on smartphones, which offers them 300 euros, to spend over two years, for tickets to artistic shows, movies or to buy drawing materials, instruments and others of this type.
Already, about 800 thousand 18-year-olds in France, enjoy the right to register on this platform. And exactly, when museums in France, are reopening after more than six months closed.
