The government has approved in the last meeting expropriations for five projects, where on behalf of various public authorities are determined the lists of beneficiaries and the corresponding amounts that will be distributed.
But what exactly are the projects? Some of them have been implemented and the expropriation comes cyclically following the procedures while some others are still in the early stages of implementation. The first decision belongs to the expropriation for public interest, of the owners of real estate, private property, affected by the realization of the project “Pedestrian itineraries with running track and bicycles in the Artificial Lake Park”, Tirana.
Owners of immovable property to be expropriated to be compensated in full value, in the amount of 124 169 229 (one hundred and twenty four million one hundred sixty nine thousand two hundred twenty twenty nine) ALL.
The second decision belongs to the expropriation for public interest, of the owners of real estate, private property, affected by the project “Addition of the drinking water treatment plant Bovilla with 1 800 l / sec, in the second phase of implementation with 1 200 l / sec ”.
Owners to be compensated in full value, according to the respective measure, for assets of the type “land” and “building”, with a total value of 11 056 007.60 (eleven million fifty six thousand seven points sixty) ALL.
The third decision belongs to the expropriation for public interest, of the owners of real estate, private property, that are affected by the construction of the facility “For construction, improvement, use, maintenance of the highway” Milot – Morina “.
Owners of immovable property, private property, to be expropriated, to be compensated in full value according to the measure, for the assets of the type “field” and “land”, with a total value of 1 440 031 (one million four hundred and forty thousand thirty-one) ALL.
The fourth decision is the expropriation, for public interest, of the owner of the immovable property, private property, which is affected by the realization of the project “Systemization, asphalting of the road” Allamani “, Fushë-Krujë”.
The owner of the immovable property, private property, which is expropriated, to be compensated in full value, for the property of the type “land”, with a total value of 918 241 (nine hundred and eighteen thousand two hundred and forty one) ALL.
The last decision belongs to the expropriation, in the public interest, of the owners of real estate, private property, affected by the realization of the project “On the design, construction and maintenance of the road Yacht Port – Byik pass Orikum – Dukat (St. Bridge Eliza) ”.
Owners of immovable property, private property, to be expropriated, to be compensated, in full value, according to the respective measure, for the assets of the type “arable land”, with a total value of 3 858 048 (three million eight hundred and fifty eight thousand forty-eight) ALL.
