Well-known singer Aleksandër Gjoka was left today under the security measure “house arrest”, after he was handcuffed while driving while intoxicated.
The police services sent the famous 62-year-old to the commissar in Tirana after he, in a drunken state, collided with his vehicle, thankfully without major damage.
Even 2 years ago, Aleksandër Gjoka was arrested on the same charge.
