When the word summer is mentioned, our mind goes to the sun… tanning… During sun exposure, certain rules must be followed. Here are nine tips to follow in order to enjoy staying in the sun.
1. Protects your skin
This is important! Protect yourself during sun exposure by using sunscreen for the face and body, depending on the type of skin you have. SPF 50 cream should be used if you have light skin, while SPF 30 or 20 cream should be used if you have dark skin.
2. Do not forget to reapply the sunscreen
You should apply the sunscreen every two hours and after bathing in the sea or in swimming pools.
3. Protects the area around the eyes
During sun exposure it is also important to protect the area around the eyes from the harmful rays of the sun.
4. Refresh the skin after staying in the sun
