According to The International Association for Dental Research, people who chew cinnamon gum have 50% less harmful copper than people who prefer peppermint gum.
Baking soda helps neutralize pH in the internal environment of the mouth while honey contains antibacterial enzymes
1 and a half teaspoons of honey
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
A glass vase
1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and mix well until you reach a homogeneous dilute mass.
2. Add water and mix well.
3. To freshen your breath, shake the mixture and gargle with a spoonful of this mixture for one minute.
