Instagram users with business or creator accounts can access new statistics which show the progress of their posts.
The social network gives them access to more data with the launch of statistics for Reels and Live Videos.
While the latter have been part of the platform for some time, Reels are still a novelty. Just last year after some testing, the company launched the TikTok alternative from Instagram.
With the new information coming in, users can see how many likes, views, comments, saves or distributions the Reels short videos have received.
For live videos these statistics show the number of comments and distributions they have received. Furthermore Instagram has updated the Account Insights page, which can be accessed by dragging in the top right corner.
Users can sort content by scope and interaction by seeing where their audience is most effective.
